Our client is a true family-run business, that has been expanding since 1957
There are four divisions of the company that range from rentals of machinery to full sales of construction products and machinery
Currently, they are looking to add an HR Benefits Generalist to their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$70k – $75k
Position Overview:
The HR Benefits Generalist will play a crucial role in managing and administering employee benefits programs
This position requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who can effectively communicate with employees and vendors, ensuring that our benefits offerings are competitive, comprehensive, and compliant with all relevant regulations.
Responsibilities of the HR Benefits Generalist:
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, dental and vision plans, retirement plans, life insurance, and other voluntary benefits.
Conduct regular audits of benefits enrollment and ensure data accuracy.
Manage open enrollment periods, including communication, education, and system updates.
Handle day-to-day inquiries and issues related to benefits from employees and managers.
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, such as COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, and ACA.
Prepare and file required reports and documentation to regulatory agencies.
Maintain thorough and accurate records of benefits-related information.
Qualifications for the HR Benefits Generalist:
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
Advanced Excel.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field is required.
