Responsibilities
- Translates ideas and business needs into detailed business requirements to facilitate the successful design and implementation of processes and/or technology relating to Business Service projects.
- Leads process-oriented service improvement initiatives across collaborative and cross-functional groups.
- Implements technology or non-technology solutions and manages implementation projects for successful delivery, including developing test scenarios/plans and coordinating testing.
- Collaborates with stakeholders across the organization, including service and process managers, to realize specific outcomes.
- Experience with managing HR technology implementation projects
- Tech savvy (being able to understand new technology and its use cases quickly)
- Analytical skills to identify business requirements and translate them into use cases
- Communicates well with both business stakeholders and technical team members
