HR Business Analyst
- Translates ideas and business needs into detailed business requirements to facilitate the successful design and implementation of processes and/or technology relating to Business Service projects.
- Leads process-oriented service improvement initiatives across collaborative and cross-functional groups.
- Implements technology or non-technology solutions and manage implementation projects for successful delivery, including developing test scenarios/plans and coordinating testing.
- Collaborates with stakeholders across the organization, including service and process managers, to realize specific outcomes.
- Professional with applicable knowledge and some actionable experience.
- Works effectively on tasks/outputs, and is able to actively contribute.
- Operates defined tasks/outputs and responsibilities.
- Understands technical discussions at the 'task level'.
- 2 to 4 years of experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- In Lieu of a Bachelor's Degree - 4 years of job-related work experience will be acceptable.
