Summary
We’re looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to drive people and business strategies across Freeman. The ideal candidate is someone who is highly self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced, environment. They will work closely with business leaders to provide hands-on and strategic support, insight, and coaching with respect to employee relations, performance management, compensation, conflict management, organizational development, training and more. They are comfortable interacting with employees at all levels and are highly motivated to deliver value and impact to business they support.
This position will support our Human Resources team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of Dallas, TX; however, we are also open to candidates located in the following areas:

+ Orlando, FL
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
+ Serves as a trusted advisor by demonstrating a thorough understanding of the business, current and future priorities, competition, and culture
+ Supports recruitment activities across the business as we continue to grow our team in support of current and future requirements
+ Provides hands-on and strategic support, insight, and coaching with respect to employee relations, performance management, compensation, conflict management, organizational development, training and more
+ Guides leaders in identifying and building talent programs and pipelines to ensure that we have the right people in place at the right time to deliver on our business priorities
+ Works closely with employees and leaders to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity, and improve retention
+ Supports organizational change by providing proactive guidance to leaders as well as recommended change management solutions
+ Leverages data analytics to drive people strategy
+ Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations in partnership with key stakeholders
+ Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation

+ Solid experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Education & Experience
+ Master’s degree preferred, Bachelor's degree from a 4 year accredited institution with relevant experience required
+ 5+ years of demonstrated experience in Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Training & Development
