The HR Business Partner (HRBP) specializing in Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation plays a critical role in aligning human resources strategies with business objectives, particularly in ensuring compliance with complex payroll regulations specific to California
This role serves as a strategic partner to leadership, providing expertise in payroll management, employee benefits programs, and compensation structures
The HRBP will focus on optimizing payroll accuracy, enhancing employee benefits offerings, and designing competitive compensation plans, while maintaining compliance with California wage and hour laws.
