HR Business Partner, Integrity - Meta

Summary:

Meta is seeking an HR Business Partner to support Integrity (XI) to partner with Product Management and Engineering clients. XI is a mission-driven organization, helping to protect people, businesses, and economic opportunity across the Meta family of apps. Integrity is a fast paced tech organization, highly cross-functional, deeply complex and at the heart of the user experience in many ways. The ideal candidate will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate an amazing and innovative culture and bring thought leadership and creative solutions to a growing organization. This is a full-time role.

Required Skills:

HR Business Partner, Integrity Responsibilities:

1. * Lead organizational effectiveness strategies for the business including strategic planning, visioning, organization planning, talent assessment, change management and team building

2. Provide strategic business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching to the members of the organization

3. Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs

4. Manage and facilitate the overall Performance Cycle throughout the year Partner with HR colleagues in the Recruiting, Learning & Development, Compensation, Legal, and HR Programs teams to implement solutions and help scale the business

5. Work closely with our Employee Relations Partners, supporting employee relations issues as needed

6. Partner closely with regional HR partners on global strategy and execution

7. Design and facilitate team and offsite meetings as needed

8. Lead and provide creative solutions to strengthen the People team and enable the organization to perform effectively together

Minimum Qualifications:

9. 10+ years experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role

10. Experience supporting technical teams

11. Demonstrated solid judgment and experience assessing risk relative to the business

12. Effective communication and critical thinking skills applied at all levels of the organization

13. Demonstrated empathy and experience driving diversity & inclusion strategies

14. Demonstrated experience learning and leading in a constantly changing environment and to cultivate relationships across teams

15. Experience using data to identify insights that drive action

16. Experience leading across global and/or matrixed organizations to scale

17. Demonstrated experience to influence and strategically solve problems

18. Consulting, coaching and facilitation skills

Public Compensation:

$181,000/year to $252,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
