The Opportunity
As the HR Business Partner , you will have the opportunity to:
+ Develop and Execute Human Resources (HR) Strategies to support leadership in achievement of business objectives
+ Provide executive level HR consultation
+ Consult and execute on various HR cyclical activities (Pay Planning, Succession Planning, Performance Review, etc)
+ Coordinates with COEs and other specialist to execute strategy within assigned client base
+ Work collaboratively across parts of BV leadership within the business and HR
The Team
As part of BV Business Enablement, you will be part of the critical and forward-thinking group that enables our people, projects, and businesses to be as successful as possible by providing creative solutions. Functions in this group include CIO/Global Information Technology, Diode, ESH&S, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Risk Management, and Government Affairs and Real Estate and Building Services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide executive level consultation and support our Technology, Commercial & Industrial market sector.This may include areas such as:
+ Workforce planning
+ Staffing consultation
+ Training, development, and skill enhancement
+ Succession planning
+ Organization design
+ Performance management
+ Culture assessment and development
+ Employee relations & coaching
+ Compensation administration
+ Identifies, plans, executes critical HR goals
+ Identify critical HR goals and factors for success; is responsible for executing related actions
+ Cultivates a partnering relationship with top line leaders
+ Consults and provides insights to leaders
+ Is a change agent for implementing new HR programs, processes and/or initiatives
+ Advises management on HR Policies, programs, and procedures
+ Acts as liaison between division and HR functional areas
Minimum Qualifications
+ 8 years progressive HR and/or Staffing experience; Workforce planning experience required
+ All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, incompliance with any applicable laws and regulations
Preferred Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in business-related field; Human Resources preferred; Master’s degree preferred.
+ Extensive knowledge of domestic employment law and compliance issues (local, state and federal, such as Fair Labor Standards Act, Wage & Hour)
+ Extensive knowledge of international employment and immigration laws and regulations
+ Good understanding of Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Plan regulations and company goals
+ Strong knowledge of HR programs, policies and procedures understanding of Human Resource Information System(s) Excellent problem-solving skills (identify, analyze, research, evaluate, resolve) Ability to manage several projects of functional areas concurrently
+ Strong human relations skills (written, verbal, client service)
+ Strong long-term conceptual planning ability Business acumen and ability to understand business metrics and financials
+ Good Microsoft program skills

+ Extensive sitting; regular keyboarding
+ Typical office environment with a hybrid work schedule: 3 days in office and 2 days remote
