Job Title: HR Business Partner

Location: Lakewood, CO

Pay: $75,000 - $85,000

Job Description:

The HR Business Partner will focus on managing employee relations for part-time and hourly staff, ensuring compliance with policies and providing strategic HR support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employee relations for part-time and hourly employees across 45 locations.
• Conduct investigations and oversee disciplinary actions.
• Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned regions, addressing employee concerns and advising management.
• Review and authorize payroll-related changes in the HRIS system.
• Collaborate with management on performance management, conflict resolution, and communication strategies.
• Provide coaching and guidance to crew members and managers.
• Facilitate the rollout of HR initiatives and ensure compliance with legal regulations.
• Identify needs related to ADA, leave, and workers' compensation, working with relevant teams.
• Deliver HR training to newly promoted managers.
• Participate in additional projects as needed, with occasional travel (up to 10%).

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in HR, particularly in employee relations.
• Strong understanding of HR policies and legal compliance.
