Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business objectives.
- Provide expert guidance on talent acquisition, workforce planning, and organizational development.
- Oversee the end-to-end talent management process, including talent identification, succession planning, and performance management.
- Design and implement initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent within the organization.
- Oversee planning and design of management and leadership programming,
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive learning programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends to ensure our learning practices remain cutting-edge and effective.
- Act as a trusted advisor for employees and managers, resolving complex HR issues and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Conduct regular assessments to gauge employee satisfaction and engagement, implementing strategies to address areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Implement policies and procedures to maintain a fair and ethical working environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on talent management and learning practices.
- Strong understanding of the financial services industry, especially within the banking sector.
- Demonstrated success in leading HR initiatives and driving organizational change.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
Desired Skills:
- Master's degree preferred
