POSITION SUMMARY
The HR Business Partner plays a pivotal role in developing and executing the HR strategy tailored to support the division's strategic objectives.
This role partners with divisional leader(s) to define and build organizational capabilities to drive business results aligned to the overall ETS strategy and priorities.
They collaborate closely with HR shared services to ensure alignment with overall organizational goals and objectives while addressing specific needs of each division. The incumbent will be responsible for managing recruitment, training & development, performance management, day-to-day HR operations, and handling employee relations issues. The incumbent will work closely with all levels of management and employees to support and promote the divisions business goals while ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Advise and influence business leaders on organizational design, employee engagement & retention, leadership development, performance criteria and measurement, succession planning, and change management in support of achieving ETSs mission and divisional objectives.
- Help drive the business units people strategy, organizational design, leadership development and change management to scale for growth.
- Provide overall HR support to the organization, ensuring alignment and consistency where appropriate.
- In partnership with Talent Acquisition, develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent; coordinate job postings, review resumes, & conduct interviews; an facilitate the hiring process from job posting to onboarding.
- Partner with and provide input to Corporate HR on compensation/benefits and HRIS shared services.
- Develop strategies to enhance employer branding and employee value proposition.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Foster organizational effectiveness through analytics, establishing and tracking metrics, KPIs, and automation that drive business decision support.
- Partner with the divisional leadership team and HR colleagues to drive cultural shifts and employee engagement needed to achieve key priorities and continuously refine the strategy to improve the employee culture through the right mix of communications and experiences.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries & concerns, mediate conflicts & provide guidance on employee relations issues, and conduct investigations and resolve workplace disputes.
- Identify and implement opportunities within HR for greater efficiency, effectiveness, agility, and standardization that is consistent with the business strategy.
- Provide training and support to managers on performance management processes and identify areas for improvement and implement performance development plans.
- Continuously improve the quality of the overall human capital by attracting and promoting the best talent and building strong overall succession pipelines and working collaboratively with leaders to understand staffing requirements and ensure the workforce meets current and future needs.
- Leverage HR best practices, and when appropriate, adapt to reflect unique business needs and share them with HR colleagues.

Required Experience:
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations in the business units region

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Master's degree preferred
- 6+ years of experience in Human Resources roles, with progressively increasing responsibilities
- Previous experience in a global leadership role managing HR functions across multiple geographies
- Proven track record and of developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with revenue growth goals in fast-paced and high-performing environments
- Professional certifications such as SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent are a plus
