**Job Description: HR Partner**Collaborate with business leaders to identify HR needs and solutions. Implement HR initiatives that support organizational goals. Provide coaching and guidance on employee relations and performance management. Analyze HR metrics to drive decision-making and improve processes. Facilitate training and development programs. **Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a partner role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
The HR Partner will work closely with the HR team and business units to implement HR initiatives aligned with strategic objectives. This role focuses on building strong internal client relationships and providing coaching to enhance people management practices.
