Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Compliance Specialist to join our home care agency. The successful candidate will ensure our HR policies and practices comply with legal regulations and internal standards and ensuring trainings are completed on time, while fostering a compliant and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits of HR practices and records.
• Assist in handling employee relations issues and investigations.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance-related matters.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation processes to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and verbal) is a must.
• Proven experience in HR compliance or a similar role preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
