Anglin Reichmann Armstrong is seeking an HR Consultant, who will play a dynamic role supporting multiple clients' specific needs as it relates to human resources and compliance. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with extensive HR experience who is looking to make a meaningful impact on multiple organizations.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures for assigned clients.
- Advise management on employee relations issues and offer solutions to address challenges.
- Conduct HR audits to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Support the operations of HR departments across multiple clients (outsourced HR)
- Support the design and implementation of performance management processes.
- Analyze HR metrics and offer insights to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Provide support with Business Development.
- Manage client relationships.
- Support payroll through multiple HRIS platforms (ADP, GovCon Pay, iSolved, UKG, etc.)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, ideally in a consulting role.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
- HRIS Experience desired.
