How you’ll make an impact:
The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for supporting multiple internal client bases of nonexempt/exempt employees.
This role typically reports into a Manager, Sr. Manager, or Director of Human Resources and is based in our Buckhead office in our hybrid/ in-office work environment (4 days/week in-office)
40%: Administrative Support and HR Reporting
+ Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs
+ Develop partnerships with employees, HR partners (i.e. HR Technology team) and assist in resolution of employee issues
+ Organizational chart coordination and maintenance
+ Execute personnel-related changes and submit necessary changes within Workday
+ Travel and expense coordination
+ Meeting coordination and scheduling as needed
+ Ensure corporate standards, as well as Human Resources standards, practices, and compliances are consistently upheld
+ Provide back up and break support for Guest Services Coordinator/front desk as needed
20% : New Hire & Contingent Workforce Onboarding and Offboarding
+ Coordination of offer letter and offer information
+ New Hire preparation (Desk setup, equipment, systems, and payroll setup)
+ Background check submission and follow up
+ Assist in Verification of Employment and Education as needed
+ 1st Day New Hire Paperwork & Orientation
+ I9 Verification
+ Consistent maintenance of Contingent worker log, contingent worker onboarding
+ Systems access management for population of contingent workers
+ Coordinate exit process and paperwork (separation paperwork, system access notification) for full time employees and contingent workers
20% : Recruitment & Candidate Experience
+ Facilitate assessment process
+ Serve as point of contact for candidates and ensure exceptional experience
+ Manage and follow through on candidate expense reimbursement
+ Conduct reference checks as needed
+ Assist recruiter with scheduling candidate interviews
20%: S pecial HR Projects
+ Schedule and support review board meetings twice annually
+ Support of Performance Review & Succession Planning process
+ Support reorganizations and organizational issues
+ Workday Testing
+ Process Improvements

Must have:
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, deadlines and initiatives
+ Proven exceptional customer service, follow-up, organizational skills and high attention to detail
+ Proficiency in MSOffice (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
+ Flexibility to meet the needs of the business
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0(3.2 GPA or higher strongly preferred)
+ Required to have graduated within 6 months of class start date
+ Must be able to start in the role full time by January 2025
Preferred skills and experience:
+ Human Resources Internship or prior experience
+ Experience with Workday
