Schedule: 8 to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday
Essential Job Functions:
Processes payroll using Kronos and Oracle Time & Attendance system.
Maintains accurate records and personnel files.
Assists supervisors with associate relations issues; specifically answering HR related questions and interpretations
If multi-language speaker; apply bilingual skills to translate employee communications and interpret as needed.
Receptionist who is cross trained to handle benefits and worker’s compensation tasks to support our employees
Coordinates Leave of Absences; Personal, Medical, FMLA.
Acts as liaison between Associates and external support groups; assists Associates in securing the appropriate support.
Maintains employee files and I-9 records in compliance with federal laws regarding recordkeeping requirements.
Other duties may also be assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
Computer proficient, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Intercommunication skills.
Customer Service Driven.
Validated organization, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential data.
Flexible and adaptable to change.
Reliable and diligent with a history of work presence.
