Responsibilities of the HR Coordinator:
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records and processing paperwork.
- Assist in new employee onboarding, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientation.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing training and development programs.
- Help maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications for the HR Coordinator:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
