About the Job
Responsibilities
- Work closely with management team to put together job descriptions and post/recruit for staffing needs
- Addressing employee requests and questions and directing them to the appropriate HR team member
- Assist with new-employee background checks and references
- Secures documentation for work related incidents/injuries and reports claims to the carrier
- Creates DocuSign documents for status changes and rate changes
- Assist with Health Benefits and Leaves of Absence
- Monitors our various tracking systems for our HR programs
- Assists or prepares correspondence as requested
- Assists with scanning documents for employee files and updating HR system
- Performs other related duties as assigned
