What you will do:
- Enter and maintain employee data in HRIS system (ADP)
- Create and run reports as requested (weekly, monthly)
- Manage the I-9 process to ensure as an organization we are in 100% compliance
- Service Award Administration/Tuition Reimbursement Administration/Fleet Management Program
- Assist with employee communications- new hires, birth announcements, funeral notices, etc.
- Manage employment and other verification requests via mail
- Assist other members of the HR team with day-to-day administration and projects as needed
- Assist with new employee onboarding and orientation, launch/monitor background and drug screening, and monitor onboarding document completion
- Training Coordination & Tracking (CPR, Bloodborne, Harassment, etc.)
- Order swag, goodies, etc., for new hire’s 1st day
- Administrative Committee Support
- Recognition Program Support
- Company Events- Cardinals Tickets, Christmas Party, United Way, etc.
- Additional projects and duties as needed.
Additional Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or other human resources-related field preferred and/or a combination of education and relevant experience in lieu of degree.
- Minimum of (3) year’s relevant experience, preferably in support of HR teams
- Prior experience with HRIS data entry/record management is preferred
- Ability to effectively manage daily office needs and tasks simultaneously
- Requires strong organizational and time management skills; the ability to work independently
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office suite (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook)
