Job Summary:
***Looking for candidates in the South Florida area, preferably in the Miami area as it is a Hybrid role.***
The HR Data Analyst & Generalist will play a crucial role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to support strategic initiatives while also performing core HR generalist duties. This position requires a strong understanding of HR functions, advanced Excel knowledge, and experience with ADP Workforce Now. The individual will handle HR analytics and reporting alongside traditional HR tasks such as employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data, including recruitment, employee engagement, turnover rates, and performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist in the design and implementation of data-driven HR initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in HR systems and reporting.
- Support the development of ad-hoc reports and analyses as requested by management.
- Stay current with HR analytics trends and best practices to enhance reporting and analysis capabilities.
- Generalist HR Duties
- Manage employee relations, including resolving workplace issues and handling employee inquiries.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
- Administer employee benefits, leaves of absence, and other HR programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and HR best practices.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation, ensuring confidentiality and legal compliance.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and contribute to the improvement of HR processes.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in HR analytics and/or generalist roles.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (e.g., complex formulas, pivot tables, data analysis tools).
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now.
- Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
- Ability to multitask and manage both data analysis and generalist HR responsibilities.
