The Role – HR Director
The Human Resources Director will drive and manage all activities related to the human resources including
Fostering a culture of respect and support for managers and employees.
Developing compensation and benefit plans which attract and retain key talent.
Create and coordinate training and development programs
Resolve employee relations issues
Collaborate with the CEO and senior management to provide tools to unlock the potential of the organization
This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week that is benefits eligible.
What you will be doing:
Foster an environment of open-door communication, culminating in a relationship based engaging atmosphere to ensure the employee experience is supportive and deliberate
Develops and sustains consultative relationships with leaders and their respective teams, acting as a trusted partner, change agent, and advisor to unlock potential, influence, and challenge
Drives talent initiatives with speed and agility to meet key business metrics internally and externally; coach and mentor offering collaborative advice, providing HR leadership perspective
Resolve employee relations issues, ensuring adherence to company values
Managing and directing audits related to benefits plans, workers compensation, and 403b plan testing
Identify, develop, and utilize metrics to ensure consistency of HR policies and practices across business
Coordinate, communicate, and implement projects and programs with impact in the areas of employee relations, training, development, diversity, equality and inclusion, and retention of employees
The skills you skills you will use:
Bachelor's degree preferred with at least 7 years of increasing HR responsibilities required. SHRM certification is preferred. Experience in a geographically dispersed environment is preferred
Demonstrated knowledge of HR practices including: Performance and Change management, Leadership Coaching, Employee Relations, and Compensation.
High level of personal and professional integrity and ethics (authentic, compassionate, genuine and honest); good communicator; good listening skills and problem solver.
Comfortable driving change and embracing innovation in face of ambiguity and complexity
Proven experience in managing others including ability to coach, develop, provide direction, and understand resource capability and successfully drive results
Culturally sensitive and aware by adjusting personal style to different cultures and styles of work. Welcomes a diversity of ideas, approaches and points of view
