Job Title: Human Resources Director
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Location: In-office, Modesto
Salary: $100,000 - $180,000 annually
Job Overview:
The Human Resources Director will lead HR operations, focusing on workforce development, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws. This role will act as a consultant to management, advising on HR-related matters, and is responsible for driving strategies that align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruiting and workforce development strategies.
- Manage employee relations to maintain high morale and retention.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Oversee benefit administration and HR software systems.
- Provide HR consultation to management on policies and employee issues.
- Supervise and mentor a team of six HR professionals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
- At least 10 years of HR experience in a strategic role.
- Proven leadership in managing HR functions for mid to large-size teams.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
