Job SummaryOur client, a global entertainment provider, seeks a dynamic and versatile HR Director to join their team in their NYC office
The ideal candidate possesses over 10 years of generalist HR management experience within a multi-site organization, as well as past roles working solo in an HR department
In addition, in-depth employee relations experience, past roles in a union environment, and a solid foundation in employment law are also characteristics that will allow a candidate to excel in this position
Attention to detail, an ability to multi-task, and strong communication skills are also ideal characteristics of an applicant for this role
