Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients, caregivers, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and providing information as needed.
- Assist with HHA/PCA applications, including initial screening and coordination.
- Manage and process employee benefits inquiries and documentation.
- Support HR coordinators with various projects and administrative tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Front desk or costumer service experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer service-oriented mindset.
- Bilingual in Spanish required
