As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR Manager and contributing to the overall success of the organization. Responsibilities: The HR Generalist will be responsible for:
- Taking charge of the recruiting process for various departments - screening candidates, assisting with interviews, scheduling and initiating the onboarding process for new employees
- The HR Generalist will assist with employee relations including FMLA, worker's compensation, benefits and other duties as assigned
Qualifications: The successful HR Generalist candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- 4+ years of steady experience in a similar HR role
- Exceptional communication skills and highly organized
- Professionalism, integrity, and a proactive attitude.
