Responsibilities: The HR Generalist will be responsible for:

• Taking charge of the recruiting process for various departments - screening candidates, assisting with interviews, scheduling and initiating the onboarding process for new employees
• The HR Generalist will assist with employee relations including FMLA, worker's compensation, benefits and other duties as assigned

Qualifications: The successful HR Generalist candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• 4+ years of steady experience in a similar HR role
