Role: The Employee Relations Generalist (ERG) will work closely with Human Resources Manager (HRM)
This position will be responsible for the day-to-day HR functions
In addition, this position requires a strong ability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
Chief Responsibilities:
Preparing paperwork for new hire orientations.
Staff recruitment.
Training and evaluation.
Implementation of firm policies and procedures.
Planning of office functions.
Data entry of employee information which includes but it is not limited to: New hires, Terminations, Employee changes, Any other documentation that needs to be added to the employee file.
Assist with Paid Time off (PTO) tracking and reconciliation.
Perform other administrative tasks such as filing, sorting and scanning employee information.
Travel to offices within the state as required.
Additional duties as assigned.
Experience/Requirements:
Candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a law firm or other professional services firm.
Demonstrated human resources experience, strong interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skills.
Bachelor's degree.
Exceptional attitude and customer service skills.
Works well in a team environment
Strong time management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Ability to multitask.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
