HR Generalist - Talent Acquisition Focus
Location: Derby, Connecticut
Job Type: Full-Time
About Us: We are seeking a passionate HR Generalist with a strong focus on talent acquisition to help us attract and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Talent Acquisition: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
+ Employee Relations: Support and advise employees on HR policies and procedures, fostering a positive work environment.
+ Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.
+ HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
+ Training and Development: Coordinate and facilitate training programs to support employee growth and development.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
+ 3+ years of experience in HR, with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition and recruiting.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Strong organizational and time management abilities.
+ Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
