Job Title: HR Generalist
Job Duration: 5+ Months Contract
Work Type: Onsite
Pay Range: $25-30/Hour on W2
Job Description :
A Human Resources (HR) Generalist is a professional who oversees the human resources responsibilities and activities of an organization. They manage recruitment processes, employee relations, regulatory compliance, and training and development.
Job Specific Requirements:
About this role:
Key Responsibilities:
• Support administration of compensation and benefit programs for technicians
• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
• Support and coach managers and complete tasks related to performance management
• Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
Required Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources
Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of administrative tasks and responsibilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced computer skills, including data entry, data processing, communication tools and payroll and human resources software
• Problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking
• Leadership and coaching skills
• Strong empathy and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Attention to detail and analytically driven

About this role:
- This role is responsible for maintaining day-to-day activities including talent development, compensation, policy compliance, Data Analysis and communications for our Commercial Service business in the US. This role will also have the opportunity to be involved in specified HR projects.
- The ideal candidate will be organized and analytical and will provide HR client support to Service Managers, Technicians, and Business leaders.
