HR Generalist - Robert Half

Description We are in search of an HR Generalist to join our team in the rubber manufacturing industry, stationed in Everett, Washington. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity. As an HR Generalist, your primary responsibilities will include recruitment, documentation management, benefit administration, and employee onboarding. Responsibilities: - Manage recruitment processes including sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews with relevant managers. - Oversee the maintenance and organization of personnel files, ensuring accurate recording of personal data, compensation, benefits, tax data, attendance, performance reviews, and termination data. - Provide support to employees on a range of HR-related topics such as leaves of absence, compensation, and employee issues. - Administer employee benefits and handle the onboarding of new employees. - Organize and support team building activities and morale events for employees. - Develop, maintain, and manage HR programs, forms, manuals, and other materials. - Monitor employee training programs and create training schedules for required annual trainings. - Participate actively in the safety committee. - Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and directing visitors to the appropriate department. - Maintain strict confidentiality standards regarding all matters and documents. - Provide clerical support to the HR department as required. Requirements - Proficient in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now - Familiar with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode - Experience with Ceridian, Dayforce, and Benefit Functions - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Knowledge of compliance regulations relevant to the rubber manufacturing industry - Proven track record in handling employee relations - Familiarity with FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) regulations - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field - Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist in a manufacturing industry, preferably rubber manufacturing - Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously - Strong internal and external customer service focus - Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness. - Excellent problem-solving capabilities and judgment; ability to make sound decisions independently - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software - Ability to maintain confidential information Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
