- Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in recruitment efforts, conduct interviews, and facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
- Performance Management: Collaborate with managers to enhance performance, provide coaching, and implement development plans.
- Benefits Administration: Administer benefits programs, answer employee queries, and ensure compliance.
- Training and Development: Support training initiatives, identify learning needs, and coordinate professional development opportunities.
- HR Policies and Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws, policies, and regulations. Ensure compliance across the organization.
- Employee Engagement: Organize events, surveys, and activities to boost employee morale and engagement.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate HR records, generate reports, and analyze trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR roles (internships included).
- Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, adapt to change, and handle confidential information.
