A HR Generalist job in the Northeastern Kansas City, MO area is
available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This fully
onsite role requires candidates to have 2+ years of Human Resources
experience within a manufacturing environment. In this position,
candidates will be responsible for all HR responsibilities including
employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, and benefit
administration. This position will also assist with safety policies and
procedures, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with
employment laws. This full-time position provides sole HR oversight for
under 100 employees and reports to the Corporate Controller. A
competitive salary, plus bonus, and benefits package is offered.

- HR Department oversight.
- Oversee employee relations.
- Recruit and onboard new hires.
- Benefit and compensation administration.
- Maintain employee records.
