As a HR Generalists, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture, and ensuring the development and well-being of our employees. You will work closely with the Human Resources team and partners within the Any Hour Group across the nation to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.

Job Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals
