About the Job
The team at Workforce Solutions has the privilege of providing HR consulting and recruiting services to business owners, fellow HR professionals, or anyone who just doesn't have the resources to fully execute their HR strategy. From compliance to recruiting and everything in between, we partner with businesses to keep their people strategy on track. As an affiliate in the MBE CPAs family of companies, we also provide full HR support to 250 employees across 15 offices in the MBE family of companies.
What would my day look like?
This role has the ability to touch many areas that help our clients succeed. Our current service menu includes providing talent acquisition services with a specialization in working with CPA firms, HR consulting and outsourcing services, and HR technology solutions to help clients automate their HR functions. We anticipate this role mostly focusing on supporting our talent acquisition and HR consulting services for clients.
We look forward to this role working at our Baraboo office with the rest of the WFS team. This role has excellent potential for growth and upward mobility within the Workforce Solutions affiliate as we continue to grow our client base and service menu.
What experience and skills do I need to be successful?
A positive attitude, skills to leverage automation for efficiency, and passion for employee/candidate experience is a must. If you aren't embracing HR best practices and HR technology or view employees as a nuisance, this role is not a fit for you. We are seeking HR pros who are passionate about what they do and how they help our clients and employees. Ideally, you have:
- Experience as an HR Generalist and/or Recruiter bringing foundational knowledge of HR best practices to apply with clients.
- Strong computer skills for working daily in HR software and embracing automation.
- Strong communication and customer service skills for interacting with clients and teams.
- Strong organization, project management, and time management skills to execute projects with quality and within deadlines.
- Commitment to using HR best practices and excitement for the changes that come with a growing company.
- Experience working in the isolved software is a plus.
- Prior experience working in human resources consulting positions is a plus.

What will my schedule look like?
Generally, you can flex the typical Monday-Friday 8a-5p schedule around any personal passions or family time as long as business needs are being met.
