Job Title: HR Generalist
Duration: Full Time; Direct Hire
Location: Salem, NH
Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Salem, NH. The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting the Human Resources department by managing daily HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection
- Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and ensure timely and accurate benefits enrollment and processing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance management programs, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee training programs to support professional growth and skill development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
- Experience with MS Office, ADP Workforce, or similar programs preferred
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus
