Job Title : HR Generalist
Contract: 4.5 months (mid of September 2024~end of January 2025)
Work Location: San Jose, CA 95134 (onsite)
Working hour: 09:00 ~ 18:00
Job Function/Description:
- assist in recruiting and staffing logistics;
- employee orientation, development, and training logistics and recordkeeping;
- employee relations and counseling
- employee communication
- benefits administration and recordkeeping;
- employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health reporting; and employee services;
- Provide accurate and timely HR information to clients, employees, and management of the company.
- Assist with the implementation of services, policies, and programs and assist company managers with HR issues;
- Responsible for off-boarding process
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
- Generate monthly expenses;
- HR-related reporting from HRIS.
- Submit any invoices to be sent for payment on time

• 3+ years’ experience in an HR Generalist role.
Technical Skills:
• Advanced in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Reporting writing experience a plus
