Job Overview:
- Need someone to handle day to day HR/ER operations
- Most employees are housekeeping, i.e. Environment Custodians at the prison, in addition to employees with disabilities
- Maintain solid emotional state, show compassion and be present; understand the importance of confidentiality
- Higher than HR Asst, have some TA exp
- Office 365, TEAMS, Attend Ops & Safety Meetings
- Employee Relations experience: i.e. investigations, personnel matters
- Talent Acquisition /Interview skills
- Lots of Excel spreadsheet maintenance
- Be positive and present for employees full-time and be willing to talk to and encourage employees
