Qualifications and responsibilities for this HR Generalist position include:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Successful work experience as a Human Resources Generalist
• Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices including FLSA, ADA, FMLA
• Experience with HR Software (we currently use ADP)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Provide personnel policy and procedure guidance to employees and management
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state employment law and compliance requirements
• Perform weekly payroll processing
• Develop and maintain talent management processes including leading annual review process and coordinating employee development plans and performance management

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance with a portion covered by the company, 401K with up to 5% company match, and negotiable vacation time between 2-3 weeks.
