Responsibilities of (HR) Human Resources Manager:

•        Recruitment of staff as needed.

•        Processing of new hires.

•        Payroll oversight.

•        Facilitating and mediating all labor related issues.

•        Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications of (HR) Human Resources Manager:

•        High school diploma

•        HR Manager experience

•        Leadership qualities

•        Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility experience
