Title: HRIS Analyst
Location: Beaverton, OR
Job Summary
This position will oversee the maintenance, administration and custom or ad-hoc reporting for existing HR Systems and will provide support for the evaluation and implementation for new systems.
Essential Position Functions
• Oversee and maintain the current HR Systems (HRIS, LMS, and ATS) in use and assist in evaluating and implementing new HR systems as needed. May serve as a liaison between company and vendors as needed.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for system support and/or end-user needs.
• Act as main point of contact for leaders outside of HR for reporting needs and the establishment of user groups for various systems.
• Suggest and implement improvements to HR systems to boost system efficiency.
• Work with departmental heads to design and implement HR Systems implementation or upgrades.
• Create reporting and moderately complex statistical analysis to analyze HR data and provide meaningful insights to HR management.
• Optimize HR System processes and integrate new software and reporting as needed.
• Conduct audits on HR System processes and documents, ensuring data accuracy and governance.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience supporting the configuration, administration, and reporting for multiple HR Systems (i.e. HRIS, LMS, ATS, etc.).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate complex technical concepts in layman’s terms.
• A skilled problem solver with high attention to detail.
• Proven ability to prioritize and execute in the face of competing priorities.
• Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Ability to collaborate with others at all levels of the organization as well as vendors.
• Ability to assist with multiple projects.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
• Office environment.
• Must be able to sit and stand for prolonged periods.
• Travel local and overnight 10%.
