HR Manager - ATech Placement

We are looking for a dedicated HR Manager to support and enhance the employee experience in a growing, high-performance environment.

Position Overview:
As the firm expands, we are creating a dedicated HR Manager role to address and oversee HR functions, ensuring employees feel supported, engaged and valued. This individual will take ownership of HR responsibilities currently managed by other personnel, streamlining and improving processes across the firm.

Responsibilities:

• Lead core HR Functions, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and employee relations.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, from sourcing to interviewing, in collaboration with senior leadership. This may include overseeing on-campus Interviews at various colleges and Universities in coordination with regional representatives.
• Maintain and ensure compliance with employee records and employment laws, setting a standard of professionalism and accuracy.
• Act as a trusted resource for employees, offering guidance on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Conduct investigations into employee concerns and advise on appropriate actions.
• Develop and implement HR policies and improve HR-related processes to support firm-wide objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree, preferably from a top university, in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Relevant work experience and HR certification is also valued.
• Proven HR Experience, ideally within a professional services firm, law firm experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees across generations.
• Bilingual capabilities are an added bonus seeing that this firm has an office in Miami,
• Demonstrated discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/payroll functionality and strong organizational skills are essential.
