The HR Manager will play a crucial role in supporting our business needs and ensuring the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management including job design, recruitment, performance management, training and development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services. The ideal candidate will maintain integrity and ethical behavior at all times, be adaptable in a dynamic work environment, and will have proven ability to handle conflict with professionalism and tact.

Position:

Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and On-boarding:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the hiring process from job posting to candidate on-boarding.
- Conduct interviews, perform background checks, and check references.
- Create and oversee comprehensive on-boarding programs for new hires.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and issues, providing guidance and resolution.
- Mediate and resolve conflicts within the organization in a fair and timely manner.
- Foster a positive working environment that encourages open communication and collaboration.
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze data, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and engagement.
- Provide guidance to management on performance-related issues.
- Facilitate performance appraisal processes and provide constructive feedback and coaching to employees.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop training programs that align with the company’s goals.
- Implement career development initiatives to support employee growth and retention.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements as needed.
- Employment Cycle Changes and Talent Management:
- Manage employee transitions, including promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- Develop talent management strategies to identify and nurture high-potential employees.
- Implement succession planning to ensure continuity in key roles.
- HR Administration and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to employment practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
- Handle sensitive and confidential employee information with discretion and integrity.
- Facilities Management Services:
- Oversee facilities management services related to employee welfare and workplace safety.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR certifications.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in HR management roles.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and current compliance regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven experience in conflict resolution and employee relations.
- Strong leadership and management capabilities.
- Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Experience in payroll companies.
- Able to connect with multiple nationalities and personalities.
- Excellent work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications but not required:
- Fluent in Spanish
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese
- Masters Degree in HR Management
Compensation:
- $90,000 - $110,000 / year + bonus
