About the Job
Our client, a financial services company, based in Morris County, NJ is seeking an HR Manager, specializing in employee relations to join their expanding team.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$120k – $140k
Position Overview:
The HR Manager is responsible for managing employee relations, performance reviews, and organizational structure. The HR Manager will develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities. The HR Manager will ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Responsibilities of the HR Manager:
- Manage heavy employee relations including performance investigations.
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution.
- Lead the performance review cycle for the organization.
- Develop and maintain data, metrics, dashboards, and other mechanisms to monitor and communicate milestones and trends as well as to provide analysis and recommendations.
Qualifications of the HR Manager:
- 10 years of HR experience is required.
- Highly knowledgeable on employee relations and performance management practices.
- Ability to build and leverage cross-functional relationships to drive outcomes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, ambitious mindset with an ability to anticipate needs.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field is required.
- Master’s degree is preferable.
