HR Office Assistant
A temporary full-time HR Office Assistant is needed to support the Human Resources Department. This onsite role is Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, and is open to candidates living in the Tri-State Area (CT, NY, NJ).
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee, contractor, and applicant files (I-9s, certifications, requisitions, etc.)
- Assist with front desk coverage, phone calls, and visitor management
- Perform tasks such as mailing, printing, and copying
- Provide backup support to HR staff as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR-related functions
