Job Description
Cintas is seeking an HR Operations Analyst with Human Resources experience and a technical mindset to assist with supporting our HR processes and systems. Responsible for HRIS data maintenance, administration, troubleshooting, and training, this role requires strong customer service skills for interacting with our HR field members, technical know-how to utilize and maintain our HRIS systems, solid data and analytics acumen for producing accurate metrics and reports, and a process improvement mentality for recommending procedure and system changes to ensure compliance, efficiency, and reflect best practices.
Specific responsibilities include managing and maintaining HR data ; researching and resolving data-related issues in the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and EC Payroll, as well as Workforce Software Time & Attendance systems; collaborating with vendors to facilitate resolution of issues; consulting on, creating, updating and distributing reports to end-users; providing internal consulting support; collaborating with external vendors to resolve issues; collaborating with other internal departments to ensure data integrity across all workstreams; identifying areas for improvements to improve customer service levels; working with team members to update training documentation; assisting with definition and execution of system testing.
Skills/Qualifications
Required
- High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical field preferred
- Strong analytical skills
- 1 year of experience in data analysis and research/resolution of issues
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to comprehend and intuitively meet the customers' requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office with advanced knowledge of Excel
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Workforce Software, or other HR cloud solution
