JOB SUMMARY:
| Applies business knowledge for the successful weekly compilation and reporting of hourly payroll. Facilitates a positive relationship between personnel and management.Answers hourly employee questions on employee relations, compensation, benefits, and employee services. Follows Human Resources practices and objectives to provide accurate, timely and compliance driven achievement throughout the facility. Escalates payroll deviations and deadline concerns as critical issues to management. Coordinates implementation of projects with local and corporate Human Resources staff.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Most of the time is spent in an office setting outside of the production plant. Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be loud when in the production area.
