• HR/Payroll Specialist will report to the Assistant Controller to work directly with the CFO.

Overview of the role: HR/Payroll Specialist

• Administer Paylocity functions, ensuring accurate payroll processing
• Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries and support
• Assist with employee onboarding and benefits administration
• Provide assistance in training management in Paylocity
• Processing documents and entering into payroll system
• Act as final reviewer in payroll process
• Payroll setups
• Auditing assistance

Preferred Qualifications: HR/Payroll Specialist

• Paylocity experience is a must
• Payroll and HR background - at least 6 month to a year
• Ability to communicate effectively with the organization
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative and mission-driven work environment
