POSITION SUMMARY:
This position will function as the HR, Project Manager with responsibility in providing leadership in project and program management.
Maintain all appropriate project and program deliverables and responsibilities for a variety of projects and programs across Human
Resources including but not limited to the Occupational Health Clinic.
This role is responsible for designing, refining and implementing innovative projects and programs. This role has a strategic and
administrative function, and the individual must be able to wear both hats, pivot at a moment s notice.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
Project Responsibilities 70%
" Provide leadership in project and program management.
" Serve as the Project lead/ writer/editor on key projects and initiatives.
Develop, design and execute for various project and programs across the Human Resources Client and organization
wide

" Identify and execute other projects that will bring value & efficiency to the teams.
" Manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
" Attend and participate in planning meetings with leaders from across the business and HR and provide project updates
" Understand and review metrics to demonstrate impact of program and monitor progress making adjustments as necessary
Administrative Duties 30%
" Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and the calendar for all Occupational Health programs.
" Coordinate administrative aspects of programs, and track and report activity to plan milestones.
" Track expenditure to budget, and processes invoices & expenses claims.
" Create and maintain Cliental reports

Associates Degree required with experience in HR. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience is needed in an office environment.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

" Excellent presentation, oral and written skills.
