About the role:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist II, you will play a pivotal role in ***'s full cycle recruiting process. Collaborating with internal stakeholders such as hiring leaders, HR Business Partners, and functional COEs, you will bring a consultative approach and creative ideas to develop and execute a robust and diverse recruitment strategy. Your responsibilities will encompass managing multiple clients across various businesses, executing strategies to attract qualified talent, and positioning the organization as an "employer of choice."
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
• Develop and execute innovative methods to source, evaluate, and pipeline external passive, diverse talent and talent pools.
• Utilize tools such as Success Factors, Eightfold, social networking, competitive market intelligence, and industry conferences for comprehensive sourcing strategies.
• Demonstrates Understanding and Adaptability: Recognizes unique needs and adapts to changing customer requirements and market forces with limited supervision.
• Manage multiple stakeholders within diverse businesses, aligning with their needs and priorities.
• Influence hiring managers on best hiring practices and provide coaching throughout the selection process.
• Builds Collaboration and Relationship: Independently develops relationships within the organization and collaborates with others on presentations.
• Foster relationships with key potential candidates and large-scale talent pools, addressing both short-term hiring needs and strategic long-term networks.
• Represent talent acquisition and/or serve as a project manager on identified projects and initiatives.
• Embraces Diversity and Inclusion: Participates in ensuring diverse slates and applies goals of D,E & I strategies into TA practices and strategies.
• Focus on continuous improvement, making recommendations to enhance talent acquisition processes, policies, and strategies.
• Actively Pursues Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Identifies improvement opportunities, generates ideas, solves problems, and implements solutions.
• Locates and understands data resources to answer talent-related questions.
• Understands recruiting fundamentals, processes, and compliance requirements.
• Adheres to data integrity and OFCCP regulations in the recruitment process.
• Comfortable bringing forward issues to team members or managers and brainstorming possible solutions.
• Actively participates in internal benchmarking activities/events.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of bachelor's degree
Minimum of 2 years' experience in Talent Acquisition
Experience sourcing and attracting top diverse talent
Experience working in a matrix-centric environment
Preferred qualifications:
Excellent communication skills for working in a multi-business environment.
Passion for leveraging social media and digital channels.
Impeccable track record of integrity and a tenacious appetite for driving strategic business decisions forward.
Ability to learn multiple areas of the business efficiently.
Experience with OFCCP (Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs).
Experience in Medical device-related field.
