What You'll Do:
- Sourcing Talent: Utilize various channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and attract top-tier candidates.
- Screening Candidates: Conduct initial assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, ensuring they align with our company values and requirements.
- Coordinating Interviews: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including maintaining candidate databases, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other team members to streamline processes and contribute to a collaborative and efficient recruitment environment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree
- 1-3+ years of office experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, namely Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and comfortable interacting with people
- Highly confident individual that wants to go above and beyond" to get the job done
- Articulate and polished in presentation and communication abilities
- Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports
- A passion for talent acquisition and desire to learn and grow in the field
