Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Human Resources Recruiting Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing employee relations, talent acquisition, and recruitment processes. This position requires a strong ability to build relationships, negotiate effectively, and utilize various HR technologies to enhance our workforce management. The Human Resources Recruiting Specialist will work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and ongoing employee support.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Conduct internal recruiting efforts to identify and promote talent within the organization.
- Utilize ATS systems Indeed/Jazz HR for tracking employee information and managing HR processes.
-Resume screening and initial phone screens
- Conduct interviews with applicants
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization to foster a positive work environment.
- Negotiate employment offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources or related field, with a focus on in-home healthcare services.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Familiarity with HR software.
- Excellent research skills to stay updated on HR trends and best practices.
- Ability to conduct thorough employee evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse teams effectively.
Preferred Requirements
- 2 years recruiting experience.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or a similar role, preferably within a 245D company.
- Thorough understanding of 245D regulations and compliance requirements related to hiring.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
