Key Responsibilities
General HR Support
- Monitor the HR Support mailbox, responding to general inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, and troubleshooting various associate issues.
- Oversee the contractor extension and offboarding processes.
- Assist in creating and maintaining process documentation.
- Serve as a backup for the HR Coordinator team.
- Complete I-9 paperwork and reverifications for associates as required.
- Support the management of the new hire onboarding process, including the Intern and New Grad hiring programs.
- Enter data changes and updates to associate records
- Maintain confidential and general HR employee files in our electronic filing system, ensuring all files are complete and compliant with audit standards.

Qualifications
- Reliable, detail-oriented, resourceful, collaborative, and comfortable with ambiguity; confident and organized.
- Ability to build internal and external relationships to facilitate task completion.
- Excellent multitasking skills, able to handle interruptions while maintaining a positive, productive attitude.
- A sense of urgency and self-motivation to complete tasks without constant follow-up.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, deriving satisfaction and pride from the responsibilities outlined.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- An Associate’s Degree is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint; intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint are highly preferred.
